FoliQ X-Protein Plus is a foliar fertiliser for preventive and interventional supplying of plants with copper, molybdenum, manganese and zinc. Copper has beneficial effect on cereal nitrogen economy, stimulating intake and processing of the element, which translates to forming greater numbers of ears and synthesising greater quantities of protein. Manganese participates in many important processes, such as photosynthesis, protein synthesis, as well as intake and assimilation of various nutrients. Zinc contributes to better nitrogen utilisation in a plant and improves resistance to drought and diseases, while molybdenum takes part in nitrogen and phosphorus transformations. The fertiliser also improves assimilation of nitrogen provided in saltpeter form due to accelerating the process of its transformation into amino acids and proteins, while limiting nitrate accumulation in plants at the same time. FoliQ X-Protein Plus is formulated using lignosulfonates, natural complexing agents. Their presence has a positive effect on fertiliser adhesion to leaves and ensures long-lasting, effective absorption of nutrients by plants. The fertiliser therefore shows properties characteristic for adjuvants.
