Why our approach is unique, or the Agrii Successful Three:
1. Farmer – user opinion matters
For many years, product focus was predominant in farming. Companies rushed to come up with new characteristics and properties without asking farmers if they need them at all. We have decided to change that and to design products inspired by current needs of farmers. To this end we have created a community of farmers who are open and ready to test new solutions that respond to the issues they face.
2. Demo Farms
We run a Poland-wide network of demonstration and experimental fields. They are a one-of-a-kind place for testing solutions, hold discussions and exchange experiences between customers, advisers and technology producers.
3. Digital Tools
We do not overestimate digitisation, but we do see in it an opportunity for improvement in farm management and decision-making support. In addition to the Rhiza system, we test various other digital tools to streamline farm work and communication, as well as contact between the farmer and the Agrii consultant.
